Cancellation of services / Refund policy

Since ePossible, Inc. is offering non-tangible irrevocable services we do not issue refunds once the services are provided. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon signing a service agreement with us. The Service is billed on a monthly basis and there will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for months unused with an open account (unless specified in your maintenance or project agreement).

If for any reason you would like to cancel your services, please allow us to rectify any outstanding issues and notify us in writing. All service cancellation requests must be received at least 14 business days before the start of the new billing cycle. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (cancellation@epossible.com) or by U.S. mail (3991 MacAurthur Blvd. Suite 400 Newport Beach CA 92660).

Products refund/return policy:

No refunds will be issued on hardware or software purchases made on your behalf by ePossible. ePossible will not make any hardware or software purchases without your written permission/approval. No warranty/guarantees on hardware or software purchases are provided by ePossible except for those offered by original software/hardware manufacturers or vendors.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of purchased products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, scripts, extensions etc…) other than those which are specified and provided by ePossible for the intended use by client.
