Managed IT services- Package 1 ($29/user)

With this package you will enjoy 24x7x365 system monitoring and remote maintenance. Should there be any need for on-site support we dispatch a tech to resolve the issue for you at regular hourly rate. This package is optimal for businesses with less than 5 users.

Managed IT services- Package 2 ($49/user)

With this package you will enjoy 24x7x365 system monitoring and maintenance. Should there be any need for on-site support we dispatch a tech to resolve the issue for 20% discount regular hourly rate. This package is optimal for businesses with less than 10 users.

Managed IT services-Package 3 ( $69/user)

If your have more than 10 users in your network, you should consider our Managed IT service 2 package which provides same level of support and reliance as package 1 plus  on-site support for 50% off our regular hourly rates. Depending on the number of users, servers, and the age of your devices you may need more frequent on-site support which we will provide to you for half of regular price.

Managed IT services-Package 4 Unlimited support ( $99/user)

This package is suitable for businesses with 15-50 users with no IT staff in house. For $99/user/month we monitor, maintain, update, and proactively manage your IT infrastructure so your system is up and running efficiently at any given time. We also include our unlimited on-site support for any issue that we cannot resolve remotely within 45 minutes or less.

Managed IT services-Package 5 Unlimited plus support ( $149/user)

This package is designed for 50+ users in mission critical environments where companies not only need a full reliance on IT but also they require technical expertise at their fingertips. For $149/user per month we provide unlimited IT support and we also equip the company with a part-time dedicated in house IT manager. Our IT manager is supported fully by our engineering teams’ expertise and knowledge and devotes 20/hrs per week to resolve any problems immediately at the business locations (up to 2 locations in Orange County ca).

Server support is provided at $199 per Physical server and $99 for virtual servers.
